Return policy

Read below - in short - how the return process works.

Is it possible to return my products? We are very sorry to hear that, but of course you can return your products to us! It can always happen that you are not completely satisfied with the products. You therefore have a reflection period of 14 days, during which you can cancel the purchase. Read below how you can return your product(s). Once you have registered the return with us, the customer has 14 days to return the products.

After registering the return, Megalodontand.nl has 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.

How can I return the products? Follow the steps below to return your products:

  • Step 1: re-pack the products as best you can in their original packaging and place the packaging in the box (it would be a shame if we did not receive the products in good condition/complete).
  • Step 2: send an email to [email protected] with your details (order number + name) and request a return label.
  • Step 3: we will send you the return label by e-mail (so check your inbox).
  • Step 4: print out the shipping label, stick it on the box and take the box with the products to the nearest post office.

The purchase amount including the initial shipping costs will be refunded to your bank account as soon as we have received the products in good order. The refund of the purchase amount and shipping costs will take a few days to process.

Return conditions:

  • Returns can only be made within the set return period of 14 days.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • The customer is also responsible for covering the risk of the return shipment.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try out the product, we may pass on the depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for return.
  • Please have your Track & Trace code at hand; without a Track & Trace code (proof of shipment), an investigation cannot be started if the return shipment goes missing.

Exchanging products: in order to provide our customers with the best possible service, Megalodontand.nl also offers the option to exchange products. This is only possible at our location, and the product must be delivered undamaged and unused, just as with a return.
